What a DewAlert year includes

  • Up to 1,500 residents who sign up, and up to 8 people in your office who can send
  • Email with no cap
  • 50,000 text segments and 8,000 minutes of phone calls
  • Past the allowance: $0.02 a text segment and $0.04 a call minute, in the United States and Canada, billed quarterly

How DewAlert works for routine notices

  • Three versions of one notice: you write the email, the text, and the call script on one page, and each goes where it fits.
  • Residents choose: they pick email, text, phone, or all three on their own private page. They never need a login or an app.
  • Who gets it: send to the whole subdivision or to one street, and to everyone or only the residents who are there that month.
  • Late sends: a text or a call before 8 a.m. or after 9 p.m., on the subdivision's clock, asks you first.
  • Replies and STOP: replies come back to your office, and STOP on a text ends texts to that number.

Which one fits

DewAlert is built for one job: an HOA or subdivision office telling its residents about water shutoffs, gate work, pool closures, and storm season. One Call Now's site describes a wider range, including schools, churches, nonprofits and businesses, and channels such as push notifications. If you need those, compare its plans directly.
